Charlotte Ann Jones (Charlee Russo) was born on November 04,1970. Charlotte loved to giggle, laugh,and sing to her hearts content. She was a spit fire who marched to her own drum, a story teller who loved to bring a dull moment alive, and always wanted to make a memory with those she loved. On December 09,2008 we lost a sister, daughter,auntie, granddaughter, cousin, grandmother, friend, and a mommy: She was all those wrapped into one. She passed away in the place that she enjoyed the most; the little Nestucca River where her memory stays alive. It is a place that she played as a little girl and fished, raft, and camped for many years. It was a place that became her doorway to heaven where she met her Heavenly Father in person who loves her more than anyone on this earth.
